TOMORROW out here at Texas Ski Ranch is going to be absolutely INSANE and we are absolutely quivering with excitement for everything to kick off. With two huge events both happening on the same day, with some overlap in the morning, we could not have packed the day any more full with both running AND riding!
The day will kick off bright and early at 8am with our competitive wave of Rugged Ranch Runners- who will be challenging themselves to our 20+ obstacle course. The 5k spreads across our entire 70 acres- getting back into the thick of the grounds on TSR! After the first wave of runners we open up all of our participation waves, so everyone has a chance to put their limits to the test! Part of the proceeds from the day will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, including the proceeds from our silent auction! TSR is working with Give Back Auctions out of San Antonio to put together an auction with over 80 items that will line our boat show room for your viewing and bidding! Don't worry, though, even if you (for some reason!) can't get out here tomorrow- we also have an online auction that will funnel funds to LLS! Check out tsrauction.org to see all the great items available! Competitive runners will have awards distributed around 9am, and all the participation wave runners will be given their individual and team awards around 11am!
BUT WAIT- that's not all for tomorrow! For the 14th year in a row TSR is hosting our annual Freeze Ride cable wakeboard competition! Pro and amateur level riders are traveling from all over the region (both in and out of state!) to compete for cash prizes, merchandise from our incredible sponsors, and of course- bragging rights! With a $1,300 prize purse for Traditional Cable and Features Only divisions, and some awesome surprises for our amateur/open level riders, there's a bit at stake and the competition is going to be hard and heavy- get ready for a show! Sylver Spoon will be serving all morning, afternoon, and into the evening- including a beach-side bar!
HUGE shout outs and "thank you"s to absolutely all of our partners and sponsors for helping make this event possible! Texas Malibu/Malibu Boats/Axis Wake, Liquid Force Wake, Pacifico Beer, ROAM Paddle, BoardCo, Sylver Spoon, Texas State Rentals, On the Grind, Texas Marine Corps, and NB Extreme Martial Arts! We would not have made either of our events possible without your help!
Thanks for reading and SEE Y'ALL TOMORROW! For more information on the individual events check out our Event Calendar.
